“I’ll Hold You in Heaven”

I painted this for friends of ours after their miscarriage. There was heartbreak and grief.

In miscarriage or any moment of a death, we are left with an empty place in our hearts. Only God can comfort us that deeply.

If you’ve known the pain of parting with a child, look forward to the day when you will be reunited and say, “I’ll hold you in heaven”.

I look forward to the day when I’ll hold one of our own, in heaven.
